Do I pay for Dancer Lab?
No. Dancer access is free, sponsored by the World Dance Foundation. The lessons and packages you buy from your teacher or studio are priced by them.
How do I get my portal?
Create your free account and choose Student. When a studio or teacher books you with the same email, your lessons, credits and practice notes come together in your portal. Your studio can also send you a portal link.
Can I cancel a lesson myself?
Yes, within your studio’s rules. A cancellation waits for your confirmation, and when you cancel early enough your credit comes back automatically. Your studio sets how much notice that takes.
Can the assistant see other students?
No. In the portal it answers from your own lessons, credits and notes only, and it cannot change anything without your yes.
Can I stop the emails?
Yes. Every studio email links to your notification choices, where email, texts, iPhone notifications and studio news each have their own switch. Essential account and security notices may still be sent when legally required.
